Discover tourism data the smart way—simply by voice or text

Speak or type? Multibot lets you access data from the DZT Knowledge Graph in a conversational format, both verbally and in text. It is based on state-of-the-art technology, utilizing a combination of a Large Language Model (LLM) and a knowledge graph to answer your questions precisely and efficiently in the desired conversational format. This LLM/KG combination prevents hallucinations.

A knowledge graph links information and its relationships in a structured, machine-readable way, enabling AI systems to better understand connections and retrieve relevant information in a targeted manner. In particular, this enables more precise and reliable AI responses, fewer hallucinations, lower token consumption, reduced operating costs, and faster response times, since less irrelevant information needs to be processed.

The chatbot can therefore answer queries with a high degree of precision—provided it has access to information of sufficient quality from the original data source. And the more information is available in the form of open data, the better its answers become. We are therefore working closely with our partners to make additional data available for the knowledge graph and to improve the quality of existing data.

Give it a try right now and ask our chatbot your questions. Have fun exploring our knowledge graph with the help of our intelligent chatbot!

The time limit for voice chat is currently set to 3:00 minutes.

Note:
The chatbot is currently designed exclusively as a test application for the DZT Knowledge Graph and is not intended for B2C communication.
