Potential guests want to be informed comprehensively, online platforms and travel agents want to present a product that is as complete and up-to-date as possible, playing out tailor-made offers to their customers.
The Open Data project, which the GNTB is developing and coordinating with many partners in the German tourism industry, is a significant step towards successfully driving the revival of post-Corona tourism in Germany. On a scientific basis, this guide compactly summarises what has already been achieved and how we can shape the future of the digital destination in a comprehensible form.
