Current dataset of the Knowledge Graph for German tourism

The map of Germany shows the current database of the Knowledge Graph for the domains sights, events, tours, accommodation providers and restaurants. As the project progresses, further data records from various domains will be integrated.
More than 500,000 current data records are currently available. This includes around 200,000 tourist objects (POIs, tours, events, restaurants, hotels, etc.) and a further 310,000 infrastructure data items.

Alternatively, you can use the
Search widget
to search for specific records.

The map of Germany shows the spatial distribution of the data sets. This allows you to quickly see what and how much data is currently available in the desired region. The “Address/Place” input field takes you to the desired location without having to scroll over the map. By clicking on one or more categories, you can filter accordingly.
As soon as you click on a data record icon, a window opens with a brief description. By clicking on the blue “Table” button, the complete data set will be displayed in tabular form on a new page. This shows which information the data record contains according to schema.org.
In addition, the public stops including departure times are displayed for all data records, provided they are within a 2 kilometer radius. Note:
The map shows you which data records (if geocoordinates are stored) are currently available in Germany. The filters displayed allow you to narrow down the search to the respective domain specifications in the database. The previous standard and the extended ODTA standard currently apply in parallel. The operators of the Knowledge Graph are in the process of converting all data records to the ODTA standard.

The widget presented here does not represent a search for the end user. The data user decides how to integrate the data into his application and display it for his target group.
