Tourism data standards
Within the Open Data project as well as the ODTA, the participants have agreed on the use of schema.org as a common standard language. Schema.org defines the uniform naming and structuring of data sets and is already a de facto standard today. Since schema.org is limited in describing tourism datasets, an extension of the Schema.org vocabulary is being done as part of the Domain Specifications.
The Domain Specifications Browser below provides an overview of the domain specifications already commonly defined and used in the Knowledge Graph.
